Set in the Yarralumla shop precinct, this project includes a family residence and shopfront. The clients are a couple living together and one is working from home as an umbrella designer. The shopfront is a self-sufficient commercial space with access to toilets and workshop on the second floor. The home sits behind the shopfront, separated by a courtyard. Two bedrooms are located on the second storey.
